VENTRILO EXPANDS RELATIONSHIP WITH GERMAIN RACING. ADDS TWO MORE NASCAR RACES IN 2009

Mooresville, N.C. – June 30, 2009 – Ventrilo, a product of Flagship Industries and the premier group voice communications program used in internet-based tournaments and multiplayer games, announced today that it has expanded its primary sponsorship of the No. 30 Ventrilo Tundra to include O'Reilly Raceway Park (Indianapolis, IN) as well as the previously scheduled Bristol Motor Speedway (Bristol, TN) and Gateway International Raceway (Madison, IL) NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races.  In addition, Ventrilo will be the primary sponsor this weekend at Daytona International Speedway (Daytona Beach, FL) for Germain Racing’s No. 15 Ventrilo Toyota Camry driven by Iowa-native Michael Annett.

“As a racing enthusiast, I am thrilled to expand our partnership with Germain Racing this season,” said Brian Knapp, president, Flagship Industries. “This sponsorship has been the perfect means to expand awareness of the Ventrilo brand beyond the traditional user in the online computer gaming industry.”

Adding the Indianapolis Truck Series race to the Ventrilo sponsorship schedule gives Ventrilo four races as primary sponsor of the No. 30 Ventrilo Tundra, with the added bonus of being the primary sponsor of Germain Racing’s No. 15 Ventrilo Camry at the biggest venue on the NASCAR schedule, Daytona International Speedway.

“It was great working with Brian Knapp and Ken Griffith at Kansas Speedway when we kicked off our relationship with Ventrilo. We were able to increase awareness of the Ventrilo brand with NASCAR fans,” said Mike Hillman Jr., crew chief for Todd Bodine and rear tire changer for the No. 15 Ventrilo Camry.  “Flagship is headquartered outside of St. Louis, so adding Indianapolis gives them another race very near home. Germain Racing has been to victory lane at Daytona and Gateway and we’ve had very strong performances with the No. 30 Tundra at Bristol. Michael Annett has been to victory lane at Daytona and its sister track, Talladega. We’re looking forward to turning this on-track success into brand marketing success for Ventrilo.”

Ventrilo Tundra driver Todd Bodine has enjoyed two wins this season, including kicking off 2009 with a repeat win at Daytona International Speedway which stretched his superspeedway winning streak to four consecutive races. Bodine then became the first Truck Series driver with five wins at a Truck Series track when he and Germain Racing continued their dominance at Texas Motor Speedway, bringing their total win count at Texas to six – five of which belong to Bodine.

“I’m very excited about our expanded relationship with Ventrilo and Flagship Industries,” said Bodine who is currently fourth in the Truck Series championship standings after eleven of 25 races. “The No. 30 Ventrilo Tundra was a great truck at Kansas, unfortunately, we spent most of that race putting the truck back together after we crashed. We were able to get the Ventrilo name out to NASCAR fans and I am looking forward to having Ventrilo with us at O’Reilly Raceway Park, Bristol and Gateway.”

The No. 15 Ventrilo Camry will feature NASCAR Nationwide Series Rookie of the Year contender Michael Annett behind the wheel. Nationwide Series champion crew chief and Germain Racing’s general manager, Mike Hillman Sr., will call the shots from pit road.

Annett has two wins on superspeedways including one at Daytona (2008) and one at Talladega Superspeedway (2007) in the ARCA RE/MAX Series.
