hello here's the problem my IP is dynamic thus I use no-ip to run a personnal ftp server (serv-u v6.00) which works fine.
I've installed ventrilo recently& created a dedicated domain to use it I can't get ventrilo to stay connected more than 90 secs straight after that it disconnects than reconnects (I guess it's due to serv-u cause in the activity window I get this:
220 Serv-U FTP Server v6.0 for WinSock ready...
421 Maximum session time exceeded - closing.
Perhaps is it possible to disable the session timeout in serv-u ?
Or is there another way to run a ventrilo server with a dynamic IP?
