Hostname Question

Ok, I am kind of new but I got my ventrilo server up and if I turn off my router then my IP changes, how do I setup a hostname so people just have type in like rockstar3.nrgservers.net or something, I seen this in the ini file but I dont get what I put in the main part, any help? I am new so bare with me.

If you are hosting it off your home PC, you need to setup a dynamic DNS/IP forward which can be found on these forums via a search. You can then uncomment one of those lines and fill in your DNS. However, Ventrilo will bind to whatever IP it finds on startup.
