How can i keep my server active..

i wanted to know how i can keep my server active while its turned off or when im away from it

is this possible?

Yes, you don't close the window when you leave. :)

What's happening with your server? If you want you can install it as a service if you have Win xp/2k. The info for that is in the server docs.

ok but when i want to shut my pc down, will the server still run?

just like any other application that runs on a computer, if the computer is off the application will obviously not run.

are you running the free server on your computer or are you renting from a hosting company?
