How much proccesing power, would it require to run a high quality Ventrillo server assuming unlimited bandwith was given? Server specs-Linux, four p4s at 3.2, 8 gigs of ram

You have plenty of power. The Ventrilo server requires very little resources.

The highest I've seen on our servers is about 2% on a 200 man high quality vent. I'm sure they get a little higher, but our loads are under 0.75 95% of the time.
