Troubles with DI-604 router

I am running my Ventrilo server from my system behind a DLink DI-604 Router.

I can connect to the Vent server from my machine but no other users can connect.

In my Virtual settings I have set the following
Private IP = 127.0.0.1 (this is the external IP given by vent server, should I be using my local IP?)
Protocol = TCP
Private and Public Port = 3784
Schedule = Always

If anyone can tell me what is wrong and what is needed to be entered by others trying to connect to server like what IP they enter for connecting to, it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you configure your router to distribute certain address range? For instance, my router gives private address of 10.123.23.100-110. So when setting up the rule for port 3784 I would use the IP addy of the computer vent is setup on.

Not sure if this is your problem, but might shed some light.

Also, when having people connect to your vent server, you will need to give them the address of your router, the one assigned by your ISP; not one of the internal/private addresses.
