Channel within a channel

I'm an admin on a vent server. My question is:

Is there any way that i can put a channel inside another channel? For example. Channel 1 would be inside channel 2. So the people in channel 1 could talk without channel 2 hearing. But if people in channel 2 talked, both channels could hear it? The other part of this is a push to talk key. Could channel 1 press a different key to have the parent channel(channe 1) hear?

partly yes, subchannels
log in as admin or channel admin
right click on an existing channel and create a new channel
